Sustainability:- Nose Hill Park is a beautiful natural park in the midst of our City. To help protect this fragile environment, there will only be water stations based at the half way point for the 10km runners and the finish line for all runners. It is important that all runners who feel they will require more water bring along their own water bottle. It is also requested that Gels are not consumed while participating in this run, in order to keep littering from being a result of our event.

Run Map

Surprisingly for those of you who have not yet ran through this part of Nose Hill, this run is really quite flat. The 5k runners will enjoy a very flat run the entire way. The 10k runners will endure a downhill portion of around 450 metres leading into the turnaround…..that’s the good news….the bad news is the 450 metres up hill again on the way back, but then it is all flat smooth running.
