Following that adventure, I spent six wonderful years living in New Zealand, and have since made over two dozen trips to Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Fiji, and the Cook Islands. I have so many! Absolutely loved the blackwater rafting in New Zealand as well as a sunrise hot air balloon ride from Cairns.
