Known primarily for its multi-coloured bathing boxes along the beach, Brighton Beach 20 minutes south of Melbourne is a fun stop om the way to the Mornington Peninsula.

For wineries, the Yarra Valley wine region is known worldwide for its chardonnay and pinot noir and it’s a fantastic terrain to walk through vineyards and to sample local gourmet dishes.  A unique weekend getaway idea to this region, just one hour north of Melbourne, has picturesque accommodation options, luxury day spas, farm-fresh produce, and hot air ballooning excursions overtop the many vineyard vistas!

No trip to Victoria is complete without seeing a Phillip Island penguin parade!  Phillip Island is just a 90-minute drive from Melbourne and boasts some incredible coastal beauty.  Guests can enjoy 180-degree views in a protective underground viewing area of the island’s native penguins just as they’re returning home for the evening!  There are around 32,000 of the little residents who inhabit the island, so you’ll likely see quite a few at the parade!
