Getting around the island is also easy, and there is a bus stop right outside. It is impossible to get lost, the island has a choice of 2 buses (anto-clockwise or clockwise).

TRIP ITINERARY
Tropical island getaway in the Cook Islands
22 Day Adventure
Day 1: Arrive Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Kia Orana, welcome to the beautiful Cook Islands! On arrival, you will be met with a warm welcome and transferred to your Rarotonga resort. Not long after landing you can be kayaking in a crystal clear lagoon, sipping a cocktail or relaxing. Check into your accommodation where you will stay for 21 nights, time to get a feel for what it is like to ‘live like a local’.
The Cook Islands has a beautiful tropical warm climate year round, with drier months April to November, November to March is warmer with higher humidity and more frequent rainfall. From July to October you may also see Humpback Whales migrating north.
Your studio is situated amongst the resort’s tropical gardens or near one of the swimming pools. You can relax on your private patio and make the most of the well-equipped kitchen.
Days 2-21: Rarotonga Island
Your days in Rarotonga are at your leisure to enjoy the Cook Islands at your own pace. There are no traffic lights or high-rise buildings here, this small island is very easy to navigate and explore. Getting around is simple either by bicycle, scooter or local buses that run either clockwise or anti-clockwise around the small island. Enjoy snorkelling in the lagoon, visiting the local weekend market or perhaps catch the beautiful singing at a local church service. The island has many restaurants and cafes to choose from as well.
One day during your stay, we have included a Muri Lagoon excursion. You will be picked up and transferred to Muri Beach for your cruise. Traditional Cook Islands drums welcome you, before cruising on glass bottom boats to the marine reserve for some snorkelling with giant clams and colourful tropical fish. Feed the fish before heading to Motu Koromiri for a local Raro style fresh fish BBQ lunch.
Day 22: Depart Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Today you will be transferred from your resort to Rarotonga Airport (flight not included).
