You can discover the lagoon by glass bottom boat, snorkelling or scuba diving. Famous unique attractions are the pink ‘Bird Island’ with its pink sands and abundance of bird and life, the legendary Tiputa Pass drift snorkelling and world-class diving and also the working Pearl farms in the area.
This unforgettable vacation is perfectly suited to snorkelling and scuba diving. Jacques Cousteau ranked this natural aquarium the most beautiful and richest site in the world as well, so naturally a trip here is a stunning underwater world and a divers dream! 9 Day Adventure
Day 1: Papeeté to Rangiroa
Ia Orana, welcome to Tahiti. Travel by interisland flight from Papeete to Rangiroa. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you will stay for 8 nights.
Days 3-8: Rangiroa, Tuamotu Islands
Relax… you’re on island time! Rangiroa is a remote island hideaway. Your hotel is located on the lagoon between the Avatoru Pass and Tiputa Pass, renowned worldwide for its exceptional marine life. We have included three Scuba Dives for certified divers in your package. If you are new to diving and want to get certified here you can also add that to your trip (certification is an additional cost). Meals included: Breakfast Daily
Day 9: Rangiroa to Papeete
Today you will farewell the Tuamotu islands. Transfer from your hotel to Rangiroa airport for your interisland flight to Papeeté. Note: Your international flights are not included in this package, contact us for the latest fares to travel from Canada to Tahiti.
