For the more adventurous there are fried insects too! Stop at the Sapan Hin Chinese shrine named ‘Giew Tian Geng’, an important Chinese temple and then savour Phuket’s ancient dish named O-Tao, a fried oyster or seafood dish prepared with eggs, flour, bean sprouts and taro root. Finish with Roti pancake and dessert, before a short sightseeing walk.
