Arrive in and Depart from Darwin
5 Day Adventure
Day 1: Arrive Darwin
You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel to check in.
Days 2: Jumping Crocs & Nature Tour
Spectacular Crocodile Cruises takes you on the Adelaide River to educate you on crocodile biology, territorial habits, and their value to the eco system. On this cruise your wildlife guide offers the crocs a taste of buffalo meat in return for them swimming out to say hello and show their incredible hunting techniques. At Window on the Wetlands Visitor Centre learn about wildlife and Aboriginal history and enjoy the views across the Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve.
Day 3: Litchfield National Park Waterfalls
Established in 1986, Litchfield National Park is a stunning location. You can take in the splendour of thundering waterfalls, rainforest pockets and historic sacred sites. It is a haven for hundreds of native bird species and the plateau supports a rich range of woodland flora. The traditional custodians of the Park are the Wagait people, many of whom still call the area home. This full-day tour includes lunch.
Day 4: Charles Darwin Sunset Buffet Dinner Cruise
This evening sunset cruise aboard the ‘Charles Darwin,’ is a deluxe 3-level catamaran that takes travellers past Stokes Hill Wharf, the Esplanade, Larrakeyah Naval barracks, Cullen Bay, and Fannie Bay, while seated in air-conditioned comfort or outside on the Sun Deck (top deck). Hear live commentary on Darwin’s history and landmarks, and take in the great sights from Stokes Hill Wharf to Fannie Bay.
Day 5: Depart Darwin
